TCR SERIES | TOURING CAR RACING
TCR refers to a series of specifications introduced in 2014 for touring cars and used to date in dozens of competitions around the world.
All TCR specification cars are based on production 4 or 5 door models and are fitted with 2 litre turbocharged engines.
The chassis and suspension layout is identical to that of the series models; as regards the gearbox, however, some cars maintain the standard one, while others are equipped with a racing version. Other elements, such as brakes and aerodynamics, are instead modified for competitions.
All cars are subjected to the Balance of Performance (BOP) which serves to guarantee balanced performance between the various models.
