Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.




Information pursuant to article 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to personal data of which PMAMOTORSPORT (hereinafter, the “Company” or “Owner”) will come into possession on the websites: www.pmamotorsport.com we wish to inform you of the following.

Purpose of data processing. The Processing of your Personal Data will be conducted by PMAMOTORSPORT to allow you to send requests for information, send documentation and/or demos or contact directly via the Owner's telephone numbers and email addresses on the site;

The Processing of your Personal Data is therefore based on a request by the user for information and/or pre-contractual or contractual activities with the owner therefore compliant with the provisions of the EU Regulation art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. b.  To allow PMAMOTORSPORT to carry out the Processing activities for the above purposes, it will be necessary to provide the requested Personal Data.

Data relating to site navigation The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.  

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Where required by law or to prevent or repress the commission of a crime, your Personal Data may be communicated to public bodies or judicial authorities without them being defined as Recipients . In fact, pursuant to Article 4 in point 9) of the Regulation, public authorities that may receive communication of Personal Data in the context of a specific investigation in accordance with Union or Member State law are not considered Recipients".

Data processing methods. The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 32 of EU Regulation 679/2016 regarding security measures, by specifically authorized subjects and in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 29 of the Regulation.  Data dissemination. Your personal data is not subject to disclosure  Data profiling and/or automated decision-making. Your personal data is not subject to profiling and/or automated decision-making processes.  Transfer of data outside the EU. Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller within the territory of the European Union.

Data retention period.
The Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller limited to what is necessary for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point 1 of this Information. In particular, your Personal Data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary, as indicated in Recital 39 of the Regulation, without prejudice to a further retention period which may be imposed by law as also provided for in Recital 65 of the Regulation. .Regarding the processing carried out to achieve the purposes referred to in point 2 of this Information, the Data Controller may lawfully process your Personal Data until you communicate, in one of the ways provided for in this Information, your desire to revoke consent to one or all of the purposes for which you were asked.

Any revocation of consent will effectively require the data controller to cease processing of your Personal Data for these purposes.  Rights of the interested party The Regulation gives the subjects whose personal data are processed specific rights, including: 1.(a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and obtain access to the same (art. 15 of the Regulation); 2.(b) obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data (art. 16 of the Regulation); 3.(c) obtain the deletion of any personal data concerning him, in compliance with the right to be forgotten (art. 17 of the Regulation); 4.(d) obtain the limitation of processing by the Data Controller (art. 18 of the Regulation); 5.(e) obtain their personal data in a structured, legible and understandable way, as well as obtain that such data are transmitted to another data controller without impediments (art. 20 of the Regulation); 6.(f) object to the processing of your personal data (art. 21 of the Regulation).  Right to join a supervisory authority. You have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor) at any time, if they believe that the processing of their data is being carried out in an unorthodox manner. You can revoke the consent given to the Data Controller at any time, without this revocation influencing the processing carried out up to that point by the Data Controller.
